- PTSI supplies product from fresh stock with the longest shelf life available.
- PTSI assures products are in good condition and that products have been stored and transported according to manufacturer specifications.
- PTSI verifies product labels are stamped with required expiration dates.
- PTSI maintains accurate records of product batch numbers and notifies the purchaser of a recalled product within 24 hours of receiving an official recall notice from the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s instructions and procedures for product recall are serviced by PTSI.
